Keita nets as Leipzig tower over giants…..

Rising Guinea midfielder Naby Keita scored a stunning opening goal for surprise German Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig on Friday night as they crushed hosts Freiburg 1:4 to provisionally go six points clear at the top of the table.
The win saw the East German newcomers to the Bundesliga, bankrolled by Austrian energy drinks giant Red Bull, break more records in the country’s football.
They remain unbeaten after 12 games, an

d according to the Bundesliga official website, have more points at this stage of a season than any other promoted side in Bundesliga history. They are also on the longest current winning streak of any top-flight side in Europe, after taking the maximum 21 points from their last seven games.

21-year-old Keita, who has netted four times in 10 appearances this season, got them going after only two minutes when he blasted a long range missile into the top corner. Freiburg equalised on 15 minutes, but Leipzig scored twice more to take a 1:3 lead at the break, before icing the cake in the second half.
Leipzig are guaranteed at least a three-point lead at the conclusion of proceedings this weekend, but currently lead champions Bayern Munich by six points and third-placed Borussia Dortmund by nine points.
They beat Dortmund by a lone Keita goal when both met in September, and will tackle Bayern next month.
