The reality star, 26, found love with Nathan, 24, when they met on Love Island, but the couple split up two weeks after she discovered she was pregnant.
The Essex pair occasionally appeared in the most recent series of Towie but now Cara says she’s “too vulnerable” to go back after her shock pregnancy news.
When asked by whether she’d return, Cara said: “It depends if they want me and the baby!
“I would go back for the right reasons. I’m pregnant and in a vulnerable state, so I wouldn’t go on if they were trying to pit me and Nathan against each other.
“My baby is too important.”
Cara also admits that it’s a “sad situation” that she and Nathan have split despite expecting a baby together.
“It’s a shame and a sad situation.
I know a lot of people will think, well you’re going to have a baby together so just stay together – but we’re not going to do that just to look like the perfect couple.”
The couple split in April after a string of “silly rows”, as exclusively revealed by The Sun’s Bizarre column.
A source said: “They’ve both mutually agreed to call it quits.
“It hasn’t been an easy decision but in the end they decided things would be better apart.
“They stayed really amicable and will definitely do all they can to be friendly.”
Nathan had previously admitted that the pair had been arguing after moving in together.
He said: “There have been arguments. I’m not the easiest person to live with.
“But you forget we’ve only known each other for six months.”
